AI Boardroom Clinic
Four hours. Your leadership team. One room.
A working session, not a lecture. The worst case is that you walk out with a clearer ninety-day plan than you walked in with.
The idea
Start with one room, not a program.
Most AI conversations inside a company happen in fragments: a forwarded article, someone’s weekend experiment, a vendor pitch nobody asked for. The Clinic puts the whole leadership team in one room for an afternoon and ends the fragmentation.
It is the smallest commitment we offer and the fastest way to find out whether there’s anything here worth doing. Plenty of teams book one and decide to move slowly afterwards. That’s a legitimate outcome, and a cheaper way to reach it than a stalled pilot.
What happens in the room
Four hours, in four moves.
- 01Where AI actually is right now.A straight briefing on what the technology can and can’t do this quarter, stripped of vendor language. No forecasting, no hype, no slide about the singularity.
- 02Why most transformations stall. The specific failure patterns we see over and over: licences without an operating model, pilots nobody measures, and the fear moving quietly through the people expected to change how they work.
- 03Live builds on your problems. We build in the room, against work your business is doing this week. Not a canned demo. This is the part leadership teams tell us changed how they think about the whole thing.
- 04A 90-day plan you leave with. What to do first, what to leave alone, who owns it, and how you’ll know it worked. Written down before anyone leaves the room.
Before we arrive
We do the homework first.
Every clinic starts with an intake before the date: your workflows, the tools you already pay for, where the operational pain actually sits, and the biggest objective on your plate this year.
It means we walk in with your material rather than a generic deck, and the four hours go to your business instead of to us getting oriented. It also means the demos are built against your work, which is the only reason they land.
We come to you. Your team does nothing but show up.
Who it’s for
Book one if…
- 01Your leadership team isn’t aligned on AI.Some are experimenting, some are wary, nobody has said out loud what the company is actually going to do.
- 02You want a decision, not a discovery phase.Four hours and a plan beats a six-week assessment when what you need is to stop circling.
- 03You’d rather see it than read about it.Watching something get built against your own workflow settles arguments that decks never will.
Best with six to ten people in the room
Investment
Your best first step as a leadership team. Includes the pre-session intake, the session itself, and the ninety-day plan you leave with.
Travel outside British Columbia is quoted separately.
Where it leads
Only if it should.
If the room decides there’s real work to do, the next step is usually AI Strategy — six weeks to turn the ninety-day plan into governance, KPIs and a twelve-month roadmap. From there, Human-Centered AI Transformation embeds us alongside your teams until AI is part of how the business runs.
But the Clinic is not a sales meeting with a whiteboard. If the honest answer after four hours is “not yet,” we’ll tell you, and you’ll still have the plan.
