1-Day AI Sprint · In person

One day to put AI to work on your department’s real problems.

We spend a day in person with your team. By the end, small groups have built working prototypes on problems they deal with every week, and each person leaves with a next step.

The pressure

Your team has the tools.

Some people use them well, quietly, on their own. Nobody has had a day to sit down together, with the work in front of them, and figure out where AI actually makes the work better.

The behaviour we change

Not a training session on what the tools can do. A working day on what your department needs done.

The problems come from your team, the material is your own, and the guardrails are agreed before anyone builds anything.

How the day runs

A survey, a morning, an afternoon.

1

Before the day · A short survey

Everyone on the team answers a few questions about their work. We use the answers to pick the problems worth solving on the day.

2

Morning · Guardrails, then hands-on

First, the rules: what AI can be used for in your department, what data stays out, and which decisions stay with people. Then the team works with AI on their own material.

3

Afternoon · Build and show

Small groups take one live problem each, build a working prototype and show the room. Every person leaves knowing the one thing they’ll do with AI next week.

One day at your office, with a department leader and a team of up to 20. Here’s what the day needs from you.

  • A department leader and up to 20 people
  • A room at your office
  • A short survey, answered before the day
  • Laptops and an agreed AI tool
  • Sample material with anything sensitive removed

What teams build

Prototypes on the work in front of them.

Examples of the kind of prototypes teams build. Yours come from your own survey.

  • Finance

An assistant that drafts the monthly variance commentary from the ledger export. The controller reviews and signs off.

  • HR

A first-pass summary of exit interview themes, pulled from a year of notes. HR decides what changes.

  • Operations

A checklist builder that turns a job’s scope into a site-ready plan. The supervisor approves the plan.

  • Sales

A one-page brief that pulls a prospect’s history and past proposals together before a call. The account lead owns the conversation.

Where it fits

The second of three steps.

  • 01 · Find where AI pays

AI Boardroom Clinic, with your leadership team. $5,000

  • 02 · Prove it with one team

    1-Day AI Sprint. $10,000 + travel

  • 03 · Make it how the department works

Single-team AI Transformation, three months. From $36,000

Proof

The afternoon runs on the NoW Hackathon, a format we’ve run more than 100 times since 2015, now built around AI.

“You put us in a safe container to just let our brilliance out.”

A team at work together

One day. Real work. A team that’s seen what AI can do with it.

What you leave with

  • Working prototypes on real problems from your department
  • Guardrails your team agreed on together, written down
  • A ranked list of the next problems worth solving
  • A next step for every person in the room

Best fit

A department leader and a team of up to 20 who want to see what AI can do with their own work, not a demo of someone else’s. Finance, HR, operations, sales, customer service. Marketing teams have their own version, built around a live campaign.
