AI for CEOs
AI isn’t the future. It’s the NoW.
AI is not just a technology shift, it is a behaviour shift. The companies that thrive with it won’t be the ones holding the most licences. They’ll be the ones that changed how the organization works.

Proud innovation partner
Built for MacKay CEO Forums members.
MacKay members lead organizations where the AI decision lands on one desk. The hard part is rarely the technology; it’s deciding what the company will and won’t do, and then holding to it.
You do not need a bigger technology budget to get value out of AI. You need your people using it well, on the work that actually matters, with someone accountable for whether it is working. That is what these programs build.
Who this is for
This is for you if…
- 01You’re feeling behind and unsure where to start. You know AI matters, but the first step feels bigger than it should.
- 02Your current AI tools aren’t delivering value. The licences are paid for. The results haven’t shown up.
- 03You moved fast, and now it’s scattered.Pilots in three departments, no shared direction, nothing tied to a number.
- 04Your people are already using AI. You just can’t see it.Shadow AI is in the building whether or not anyone planned for it, and the risk stays invisible until it isn’t.
This isn’t about chasing trends
AI isn’t a tool you bolt on.
It’s a shift in how a company operates, which means it runs through change management, culture and the way people are asked to do their jobs. Treating it as a software rollout is the single most common way these programs stall.
We’re not here to hand you a deck. We work alongside your teams until AI is part of how the business actually runs, then pass it to your own people and step out.
How the work runs
Four steps, in order.
- 01Get the strategy on paper.Surveys, interviews and sector research turn into a strategic narrative, a governance model, KPIs and a twelve-month roadmap. Leadership stops guessing and starts deciding.
- 02Build the backlog. We crowd-source the problems worth solving from your own people, then run them through a vetting process. What comes out is a ranked AI backlog tied to real operational pain, not a vendor’s feature list.
- 03Run pilots that prove something.Chances are you already own tools you aren’t getting value from. We find the gaps first, set metrics before launch, and teach your AI Champions how to judge whether a tool is actually earning its place.
- 04Make it stick.Your AI Champions carry it after we step out, working from a roadmap they helped write rather than one we handed them. We stay reachable for three to six months while it beds in.
Where to start
Three programs. No fixed order.
AI Strategy gets direction, governance and a twelve-month roadmap on paper in six weeks. Human-Centered AI Transformation embeds us alongside your teams until AI is part of how the business runs. AI Automation & Agents builds the assistants and workflows that take manual work off your people.
Transformation is the deepest of the three and carries the other two inside it. That does not make it a sequence. Start with whichever one matches the pressure you are actually under, and if you are not sure which that is, book a call and we will tell you honestly.
Funding
Grants are available across Canada that subsidize a substantial share of program costs. We can point you to the right starting place when we talk. Eligibility and coverage vary by program, province and organization, so treat any figure as something to confirm rather than assume.
