The NoW of WorkTalk to our team

How we work

Change the work, not just the tools.

The companies that thrive with AI won’t be the ones with the most licences. They’ll be the ones who changed the behaviour of the organization. This is how we work with yours.

The idea

People first, then tools.

AI stalls when the tools arrive before the habits, the ownership and the trust. We change the behaviours, workflows and culture that let AI become part of how your business runs.

Here are the five changes we make with you, and how an engagement runs from the first conversation to the day we step out.

Sanctioned AI: bringing everyday AI use into the open.

We help leadership decide who owns AI, what the rules are, and how a good idea becomes the way the work gets done. Think of it like an expense policy: people still spend every day, but everyone knows the limits, who approves what, and who to ask.

Start with the Clinic

Pilot purgatory: connecting experiments to real work.

In a Transformation, we pick the workflows that matter most, move them from pilot to live, and track each one until it's part of how the team works.

How Company Transformation works

A measurable win: agreeing what counts before you start.

Before the work begins, you decide what counts as a win, in your own words: revenue lift, capacity returned, margin recovered. We agree together how it's measured, then report against it to your leadership every month, honestly.

AI Champions: leaders inside your teams.

The people who do the job help decide what changes in it. Two to ten of your people become AI Champions. They learn first, lead the way for their colleagues, and stay after we go.

See Team Transformation

Your stack: working in the tools you already pay for.

Whether your teams use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini, we redesign the workflows running through those tools, starting with the ones your team names as the biggest drag.

How an engagement runs

Four stages, starting with governance

Every engagement follows the same four stages. How long each takes depends on your organization: one team in three months, or the whole company over twelve.

  1. Governance: the rules before the tools.

We agree who owns AI decisions, what is allowed, and how risk is handled, before anyone builds anything.

  2. Readiness: where you start, and what counts as a win.

Your leadership team takes the readiness assessment. Together we name what counts as a win, in your own words (revenue lift, capacity returned or margin recovered), choose your AI Champions, and rank the use-cases worth doing first.

  3. Pilots: proof on your own work.

Small, real pilots inside your own workflows. Each one has an owner and is measured against the win you named.

  4. Scale: capability you keep.

What worked spreads across teams. Your AI Champions lead their colleagues, and we hand over an operating model your people run without us.

The roles

Who does what.

Executive sponsor
A senior leader who owns the outcome, clears blockers and keeps the work tied to business priorities.
AI Champions
Two to ten people from inside your teams who learn the methods first, own a workflow, and help their colleagues follow. Each Champion gives 2 hours a week to training and 30 minutes to a 1:1 with us, plus time to pilot and put new tools to work in their own job.
The NoW of Work team
We run the engagement with you: the framework, the sessions, and the measurement of what changed.

Measuring where you start

Why we measure first.

Before the work begins, your leadership team completes the AI Transformation Readiness Assessment. It shows where you’re strong, where the gaps are, and which areas to work on first.

We run it again later, so you can see how far your organization has moved.

“Now, instead of saying, ‘We’re implementing this, get on board,’ we’re saying, ‘Hey, we’re piloting this. We need your help to determine if this is the right tool.’ And that changed everything.”

Derrick DickeyDirector of Technology and Data, Golden Rule

“A very practical, action oriented program to help organizations adopt AI. So far, we’ve found the aspects around governance, crowdsourcing ideas and defining KPIs for AI pilots very valuable.”

Archana Gelda KumarSVP, Constituent Experience, Data and Innovation, Heart & Stroke

“In just 12 weeks, we went from barely understanding AI to leveraging it for real-world impact.”

John FinanPresident, Finan Home Service

Every stage runs inside one of three programs.
